Ahwaz News Agency expresses its deep concern over the sudden arrest of civil activist Maryam Al-Zubaidi, 58, and her transfer to Sepidar Prison in Ahwaz, despite her suffering from chronic respiratory and digestive illnesses.
According to available information, Al-Zubaidi’s health condition is highly alarming, raising serious fears for her safety inside the prison.
Al-Zubaidi is a mother seeking justice, especially as her two children have also been victims of repression — a situation that further intensifies her suffering and that of her family.
