Reports Suggest Possible House Arrest of Iranian Officials Amid Suspended Talks

Some sources are circulating reports that Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has placed several senior officials including Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, Masoud Pezeshkian, and Abbas Araghchi under house arrest, coinciding with the suspension of negotiations with the United States.
If confirmed, such a move could be interpreted as a significant escalation within Iran’s political system, potentially amounting to a power shift by the IRGC against the country’s political leadership.
