The Second Branch of the Revolutionary Court issued a death sentence against political prisoner Manouchehr Falah, who is detained in Lakan Prison in the city of Rasht, on charges of “enmity against God through actions against national security.”
The human rights website “Hrana” reported on Sunday that this verdict was issued by the head of the Second Branch of the Revolutionary Court in Rasht, Judge Darvish Keftar, and was communicated hours earlier to the defense lawyer, Khorsandi.
