Arrest of Ahwazi youth Jassim Jarallah Al-Nabgani and reports of torture inside Iranian intelligence prisons

Local sources reported the arrest of Ahwazi youth Jassim Jarallah Al-Nabgani, 36 years old, married, and a resident of the Shiban neighborhood in the city of Ahwaz, on April 14, 2025.

According to the sources, he was arrested by Iranian intelligence forces in the city of Ahwaz, before being transferred to an unknown location, with his place of detention remaining undisclosed at the time of writing.

Reports indicate that the detainee is suffering from physical torture, raising growing concerns about his health condition, especially as he remains cut off from communication and his family has not been allowed to contact him or obtain information about his situation.
